- From the Administration Index, select Users > Listing
- Find the entry for the User you wish to edit & click Edit
on the corresponding row - Click on Site Access -->
- Ensure that Active is checked
- and Click on Approved
- If user needs to be informed click Send Approval Email
- Confirm your changes and click Save All on the bottom of the page
