Email - Payee Notification error due to an unexpected token
Payee Notification Error
The following error occurs when sending notification to payees:
Unexpected token at offset 22
Issue:
Check the supplier's email address for trailing white space or an invalid character.
Instructions:
From your zeckoPay, go to
Edit >
Suppliers:

- In the Suppliers window, search for the payee:
- Under the Email Address column, click the email address to Edit
- Remove any trailing white spaces or invalid character from the Email Address.
For example, if the email address is support@terracor.ca- and the error states: Unexpected token at offset 20. Then we will look at 20th position, which is - (hyphen) in this case, and remove it.
- Click Save at the bottom, after making any changes.
