Email - Payee Notification error due to an unexpected token

Payee Notification Error

The following error occurs when sending notification to payees:
Unexpected token at offset 22

Issue:

Check the supplier's email address for trailing white space or an invalid character.

Instructions:

  1. From your zeckoPay, go to Edit > Suppliers:

  2. In the Suppliers window, search for the payee:

  3. Under the Email Address column, click the email address to Edit

  4. Remove any trailing white spaces or invalid character from the Email Address.
For example, if the email address is support@terracor.ca- and the error states: Unexpected token at offset 20. Then we will look at 20th position, which is - (hyphen) in this case, and remove it.
  5. Click Save at the bottom, after making any changes.
