Error connecting to the ERP
Error: When opening zeckoPay after selecting the company a message is shown which means zeckoPay can't connect to their ERP. The exact error:
An error occurred: ERPFactory.GetERP Error
The issue could be resolved by first checking if the ERP details for the company (could be checked by clicking the Company > Edit) is correct; database name and data files.
In the case of BV, normally Pervasive and BV are on the same server but if Pervasive is not, then it could be located using the gateway software. You can get more help on this by contacting us at support@terracor.ca.
