Error (0x80004005): Operation must use an updateable query

Overview:

When processing a payment in zeckoPay, you may encounter an error like shown below:


Resolution:

Please, contact your IT and ask them to follow these steps:
  1. Check the data.eppd file permission:
    1. The data.eppd file location can be found by going to the Company Information screen. From zeckoPay's login screen, select the appropriate Company then Edit.
    2. Go to the Path directory

    3. Find and check Permissions on the EPP directory. Any user that will be using zeckoPay program should have full Read/Write permissions.
