ZeckoPay License Error

ZeckoPay License Error

There are 2 reasons why the error shows when you log in to zeckoPay : 
  1. Your machine is disconnected to the Terracor licensing server . This could happen if an upgrade was done on the machine or the machine has not been used in a long time.
  2. Your subscription plan have expired.

Troubleshooting steps :
  1.  Close zeckopay if you have it opened.
  2.  Locate the zeckopay icon in the desktop , right click on it and run it as an Administrator.
  3.  If the issue persists , please create a ticket to support by sending an email to support@terracor.ca
