Restarting the zeckoSyncs service

Overview

This article applies to zeckoSyncs used with zeckoShop 7.2 and higher. For zeckoCentral please see Restarting the zeckoCentral servicesThe zeckoSyncs service manages the data flow between your ERP, website, and market places. It's designed to be hands off but occasionally may need to be restarted. If you notice significant delays in your syncs or order downloads restarting the service may help. 

To restart the zeckoSyncs service you will need administrative access on your server that has zeckoSyncs installed. 

To restart the service:
  1. Go to Start > Run
  2. Enter services.msc and click Ok
  3. In the services list, right-click zeckoSyncs and select Restart
