1. From the Administration Index > select System > Custom Field Import/Export Profiles
2. Click + New on the bottom of the page
3. Select the Type of value from drop down ⌄
4. Enter a valid name in the Name text box
5. Confirm your entries and click Save on the bottom of the page
6. Click Manage custom field data → in the Fields row
7. Enter the name of the Custom Field in the Field Name text box
8. Click on the autocomplete value for your Custom Field
9. Click on the Add + button

Exporting Custom Field Data

1. From the Administration Index, select System > Custom Field Import/Export Profiles
2. Find the entry for the Import/Export profile you wish to export from
3. Click Edit on the corresponding row
4. Click the Export button on the bottom of the page
5. Click the Run Export button on the bottom of the dialog box

Importing Custom Field Data

1. From the Administration Index, select System > Custom Field Import/Export Profiles
2. Find the entry for the Import/Export profile you wish to import into
3. Click Edit on the corresponding row
4. Click the Import button on the bottom of the page
5. Click the Browse... button in the Data Import dialog box
6. Find your csv file and click Open
7. Click Close on the Import Complete dialog box
   

Use Notes

1. Deleting a line from the file does not delete the information from the site. Imports are additive.
2. Clearing a value from a line and leaving the line in place will clear the value but not delete the entry
