zeckoSyncs Installation Prerequisites
This page outlines the requirements for a zeckoSyncs installation. We ask that you review these details and have things in place prior to your scheduled installation. Terracor can provide best effort assistance installing software prerequisites like .NET. We are unable to provide assistance with network configuration or make changes to Windows permissions.
Remote Access
An administrative account will be required during the installation. We will provide a Zoho Assist link during the installation for remote access. If we are developing a custom integration or sync configuration we recommend unattended remote access during the initial deployment project. We can provide this via Zoho Assist or discuss other options.

ERP Connectivity
zeckoSyncs will need connectivity to the ERP database or API. If zeckoSyncs is installed local to your ERP database or API this shouldn't require additional setup. If zeckoSyncs is installed on a separate server firewall rules may be needed to allow access from the zeckoSyncs server to your ERP server.
Image and File Syncs
If you'll be syncing images or related files from your ERP zeckoSyncs will need read access to the files. If the files are stored on the same computer that will be running zeckoSyncs this should not require additional setup.
If the files are accessible through a network share they will need a network account to use which has access to the file share, and can start/stop/restart services on the computer running zeckoSyncs.
We may install the following third party tools along with zeckoSyncs. If you require change management before the installation of tools please let us know prior to our scheduled installation time.
